B&B near pezenas south of france languedoc
the
stone house b&b, near pezenas, is open on a bed and
breakfast basis from 1st may until 30th september each
year. guests are invited to check in between 3pm and 7pm,
and to check out by 11am on the day of departure (times can
be altered subject to prior arrangement).
bedrooms
all
of our bedrooms are fully air-conditioned, and feature
en-suite bathrooms, king-size beds and modern showers.
rooms at the front have a view of the cathedral, and rooms
at the back have a view of the garden. if you have a
preference, let us know and we will do our best to
accommodate you.
prices
prices
range from 70 euros to 80 euros, per room, per night,
depending on the size and location of the room.

common areas
we
have a lobby area that is open to all guests. the room
features a comfortable seating area with English-language
satellite television. An iMac computer with high-speed
internet access is also available for guest use, free of
charge. please note that smoking is not permitted anywhere
inside the house.
we also have a small library and reading area which is open
for guests to use at any time.
garden
we
have a courtyard garden with a variety of plants, flowers,
a wishing well, outdoor bar area, and seating areas for our
guests. breakfast will be served in the garden or inside,
depending on the weather. guests are welcome to relax and
sunbathe in the garden during the day if they'd
wish.
telephone
a
telephone is located on the office desk for guest use. a
portable handset can be taken into guest rooms for added
privacy, if needed.
breakfast
breakfast
is available from 8.30am – 9.30am daily, and outside
of these hours subject to prior arrangement. breakfast can
be served in either the dining room or the outside in the
garden, depending on the weather.
all
of our bread, croissants, and pastries are baked in the
village daily, and are served warm each morning. these are
accompanied by locally produced jams and marmalades,
tea/coffee/hot chocolate, fresh fruit, yoghurt, and juice.
please let us know at the time of booking if you have any
special dietary requirements, and we will do our best to
accommodate you.

you are visiting our area as part of your search for french
property, please let us know. we work closely with a number
of reliable and knowledgeable agents in this area, and
would be delighted to set up a meeting for you in our
lounge or back garden. these meetings can be arranged
before you arrive in france, so that you can 'hit the
ground running' as soon as you get here.
